TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms govern your use of the Nomax Esports website and services ("Service"). The Service is provided by Nomax Esports("Nomax", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Nomax provides Rocket League training packs, weak-point analysis, rank-up guides, coaching content, and related digital materials. Access tiers (e.g. Rookie, Champion, GC Path) are described on our Plans page.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
  • Send spam, malware, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
  • Probe, scan, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service.
  • Infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights.
  • Resell, redistribute, or share paid content outside your account.

5. Intellectual property

All software, content, branding, and documentation that make up the Service are owned by Nomax Esports or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. No other rights are granted.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
