Nomax Esports offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans (Rookie, Champion, and GC Path). If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Select the transaction and request a refund.
  3. You can also contact our support team via the Contact page and we'll help you through the process.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep access until then. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund — request one separately if you're within the 30-day window.
